Policies

Meet and Greet

Before the first visit with an animal, we require a meet and greet. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know your pet(s) and go over their routines as well.

Cancellation

Cancellations for walks, drop-ins, and hikes must be made by 8:00 PM the night before to avoid being charged. Overnight visits must be canceled at least 7 days in advance, or a fee of 50–100% may apply depending on notice given.

Payment

Payment should be made within 2-5 days after the service is completed. In case of overnight visits, 50% of payment is required before the service and the remaining amount can be paid after the service is performed.

Vaccinations

Before working with No Ruff Days, it is mandatory for all cats and dogs to be vaccinated. This is crucial not only for the safety of your pets but also for the safety of others.

Bite History or Aggression

At No Ruff Days, we welcome dogs with dog aggression, but we cannot accept dogs that are aggressive towards people. To ensure the safety of your dog, please provide us with this information.

Overnight Care

If the sitter's arrival time is before 12pm on the first day or departure time is after 12pm on the last day, a nightly fee ranging from 50% to 100% will charged.

Updates and Photos

Upon arrival for drop-in visits and walks, you will receive a notification of arrival and at the end of the visit, an update with a picture. For overnight visits, you can expect 2-4 updates with pictures throughout the day.
